If you have a stable condition and you:
- Don’t want to come to the Practice every time to collect your repeat prescription
- Collect your medicines from the same place most of the time or use a prescription collection service now.
You may wish to choose a Pharmacy that offers EPS to have your prescription sent to us electronically.
This means you will not need to come in to collect your prescription you can go straight to the nominated Pharmacy to collect it.
You can ask either the Pharmacy or this Practice to arrange this for you.
There are posters explaining more in all waiting areas or please ask at Reception.
